A Legacy of Public Service

Before joining Aqua Law Solicitors full-time in 2024, Hadi served the Ministry of Justice (HM Courts and Tribunal Service) for over twenty years. As an employed barrister, he provided essential legal guidance to judges and magistrates and delivered specialised training to legal professionals across civil and criminal law.

Hadi also performed quasi-judicial functions as an Assistant to the Justice’ Clerk, utilizing delegated powers in both civil and criminal matters.

Mental Health Advocacy

Passionate about ensuring vulnerable individuals receive appropriate care, Hadi was instrumental in establishing a mental health diversion team following recommendations in The Bradley Report in 2009. His expertise with the Mental Health Act 1983 allowed him to:
